Saint Anselm School is a Catholic elementary school within the Dioceses of Cleveland that was founded in September 1963. Saint Anselm School is proud to be named a National Blue Ribbon School. The community of Saint Anselm School seeks to promote excellence in education in a Christ-centered environment.
St. Anselm School was one of 54 Ohio schools to receive The Governor's Thomas Edison Awards for Excellence in STEM Education and Student Research for their accomplishments during the 2018-19 school year. The Governor's Thomas Edison Awards recognizes Ohio schools and teachers who stimulate scientific student research and technological design and extend opportunities beyond traditional classroom activities.
STREAM is a uniquely comprehensive and collaborative educational approach that seamlessly integrates Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Arts, and Math into the teaching and learning process. Our students have the opportunity to learn in a variety of settings in our building. Students participate in STREAM lessons and activities in our beautiful new Maker Space room. The Maker Space has a t-shirt press, a button maker, a LEGO wall, sewing machines, a Glowforge machine, a Cricut machine, a poster maker, an area to produce and record live video announcements, robotics materials, 3D printers, and many other machines and supplies utilized daily by our students for STREAM Learning.
